Provide benefits information to enable the County to make effective decisions in developing an EmployeeBenefits Program that is comprehensive and meets established objectives with respect to cost and competitiveness with the goal of attracting and retaining employees. This includes providing regional peercomparisons, plan utilization and claims data.B. Advise and assist the County with Benefit Plan communications during benefits enrollment and asregulatory changes occur. Advise and assist the County, as necessary or requested, in developing,implementing and conducting the annual benefit sign up (open enrollment).C. Assist and advise the County in drafting, reviewing, issuing, evaluating and negotiating request forproposals to include identification of appropriate markets, review for accuracy of coverage, compliance,terms and conditions.D. Analyze vendors proposals and provide a written assessment based upon the Countys selection criteriaand timeframe.
