Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services to be provided include: Completion of the annual Continuum of Care (CoC) application including facilitation of local selection process and the submission of the Consolidated Application in esnaps, a HUD mandated reporting system Assistance in the completion and submission of HUD reporting requirements including, but not limited to, the Point in Time (PIT) Survey, Housing Inventory Chart (HIC), Annual Housing Assessment Report (AHAR), HUD Homeless PULSE project and the COC Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) Ongoing consultation with the local CoC Lead, Executive Board, General committee and various appointed sub committees. Attendance at all monthly meetings for both the Executive Board and General committee Preparation of documents, including policies, procedures and standards for adoption and implementation by the local CoC committee and the County
