The purpose of this contract is to hire a Consultant to provide the agency with consultation and technical supports for the agencys current and emerging customer case management system needs.OBJECTIVEThe objective of this contract is to provide analysis, consultation, testing and technical supports to both maintain the agencys current customer management system (Liberas System 7), and to manage agencys emergent case management needs. The Consultant will be responsible for the following:Provide consultation for optimal maintenance of current customer management systemAdvise in the prioritization of agency case management IssuesIdentify and refine mapping of agency case management requirements, needs and practicesProvide consultation and supports around identifying best options for meeting emerging case management needs, including migration from current to new case management systemReview, test and provide guidance on agency acceptance/rejection of customer management build packages, based on in-house requirements and processes
