Specifications include, but are not limited to:Professional and technical consultant services for developing the Project Report and Environmental Document (PR/ED) for proposed improvements to the local interchange at Interstate 605 (I-605) and Katella Avenue in Orange County. Consultant shall prepare both the draft and final Project Report (PR); draft and final Environmental Document (ED) in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) procedures per the Caltrans Project Development Procedures Manual (PDPM), Caltrans Standard Environmental Reference (SER), and Caltrans District 12 and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidelines.
