Specifications

The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept qualifications packets from firms qualified to provide engineering services required for the implementation of a pavement management system. The City maintains approximately 107 lane miles of roadway. The selected Consultant will conduct a pavement condition survey to assess the condition of the existing roadways within the Public Right-of-way, and a pavement condition survey to assess the condition of the existing City Owned Parcels such as parking lots at existing city facilities. Furthermore, the Consultant will recommend a vendor hosted web-based pavement management software system. The Consultant will input the pavement condition survey information into the selected software system. The system will allow the City of Dunedin to integrate and maintain an inventory, analyze condition data, track construction history, and conduct multi-year analyses to guide sound, defensible decisions about investment of available resources for pavement maintenance and rehabilitation. No additional specifications were given.
