The work of the Project proposed to be performed consists of:As set forth by the Bidding and Contract Documents, prepared by the Architect, Wiley|Wilson, work includes the construction of a prototypical designed fire station building, approximately 12,000 GSF 3-bay with 12 individual bunk rooms, including male and female toilet and locker rooms, large kitchen, day room, exercise room, laundry rooms, and administration offices, etc., and all site related construction work includes erosion and sediment controls, stormwater detention and management, grading and excavating, all utilities for water, sanitary sewer, electrical power and natural gas, concrete aprons, heavy duty drives and parking, landscaping, etc., and demolition of the existing fire station, under a phased construction approach, as set forth by the Bidding and Contract Documents, prepared by the Architect, Wiley|Wilson.
