Specifications

This project will include renovation projects to four North Carolina State Historic Sites visitor centers. Each center is located on a separate site. The renovation scope for each site includes the following: A.Town Creek Indian Mound This project includes interior finish upgrades and exterior paint. Scope include fire alarm and security system replacements. Scope also includes parking lot and ADA improvements. B.Reed Gold Mine This project includes a gift shop renovation, interior finish upgrades, and restroom fixture and finish upgrades. Scope also includes electrical system and lighting upgrades. Scope also includes ADA improvements. C.Alamance Battleground This project includes gift shop renovations, office renovations, and interior finish upgrades. Scope includes MEP upgrades. Scope also includes ADA improvements. The scope also included hazardous materials abatement. D.Duke Homestead This project includes demolition and replacement of the existing roof. The interior renovation includes a restroom renovation for ADA improvement and a gift shop renovation. Scope includes MEP upgrades and fire alarm replacement. Parking lot repairs are Alternate #2.No additional specifications were given.
