Specifications include, but are not limited to:The new facility will be an elementary school which will house up to 750 students and provide for acomplete academic curriculum supporting grade levels K-5 including exterior improvements and amenities.The facility will be approximately 87,000 square feet and will be built on a 9.87 acre green-field site West ofNW Kaiser Road approximately 1500 feet south of NW Germantown Road in the Washington County.On November 2, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Beaverton School District approved the use of theConstruction Manager/General Contractor method of construction for this project.The school will be operational at the beginning of the 2017 school year. The design team has beencontracted and Land Use Development application documents are in process. Please use the design phasesand milestones in Paragraph 5. SCHEDULE below for reference. A preliminary conceptual site plan has beenincluded for information only. Refer to EXHIBIT B.
