Specifications include, but are not limited to:he Project is the construction of approximately 80,000 GSF indoor football practice facility consisting of a steel structure, a synthetic turf practice field, A/V, graphics and an approximately 12,000 GSF attached weight room and 10,000 GSF of storage/ancillary space that may or may not be built out.Cost, logistics, and preliminary milestone scheduleThe Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Indoor Football Practice Facility Project is $16,000,000. The Construction Contingency is 5% of the CCL. This CCL does not include IT / Security Equipment or Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE); it does include A/V.See Project Schedule Section 1.6Scope of services; acceptance of contract terms are as further described in Owners standard form Construction Manager-at-Risk Agreement (the Contract Form ) a copy of which may be found online at http://www.uh.edu/legal-affairs/contract-administration/pdf-documents/ConstructionManagerAtRiskAgreementOGC-S-2013-01_Revised12.02.2014_fillable.pdf Construction Manager will provide all Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phase services necessary to complete the Project on schedule and within budget. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this RFP has the meaning ascribed to it in the Contract Form. By submitting a Proposal, you are expressly agreeing to the terms of the Contract Form, which terms are incorporated herein for all purposes.Project pricing shall include a base scope, with both additive and deductive Alternates. Alternates will be developed during the design process and will likely be related to shell space build-out, infrastructure for future growth, etc.
