Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Oxford has completed a feasibility study with MSA Architects for the proposed building renovations. The project consists of two components. The City has purchased the former Lane Library in UptownOxfordandintendstorenovatet h e b u i l d i n g a s a n e w M u n i c i p a l B u i l d i n g a n d t o m o v e t h e C i t y s administrative offices from the current Municipal Building to this new facility and the current Municipal Building will be renovated for exclusive use by the police department, which is currently housed in the lowest level of that building. Portions of the feasibility study are included in this RFQ . Complete copies of the feasibility study will be made available to firms shortlisted for this project. Both buildings are within the Uptown Historic District. The Municipal Building at 101 E High Street was constructed in 1939 by the Federal Public Works Administration and is an inventoried structure. The former Lane Library at 15 S. College Avenue was constructed in 1975 with subsequent additions in 1980 and 1991
