Specifications include, but are not limited to:The desired maintenance management system would be efficient and easy to use while allowing all users to access the system remotely through the Countys wireless network. We will consider both an onsite solution as well as a SaaS. 2.1 General System Capabilities The proposed system shall target the following minimum capabilities Administrative access for three (3) users, which shall include full system access and administrative rights. Mobile access for 16 users, which shall allow employees to view, edit and create work orders. Unlimited access for work requestors; all county employees (1200+) shall have the ability to create work requests. Live wireless capabilities; users shall be able to user laptops or tablets to wireless access the system. System shall have customizable data entry fields that can be easily formatted to accept different types of data relating to the Countys maintenance requirements. System shall have the ability to track employee time, manage inventory and have the ability to attach documents to work orders. Preventative maintenance management capabilities. Record storage for closed work orders.
