Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.0.1 Procure a CMMS that adequately supports the evolution of UCONN facilities processes at all campuses except the Health Center and to replace the existing system in use with mobile technologies. 1.0.2 To provide a user-friendly dashboard and self-service module for customers and staff to enable timely and accurate data entry and facilitate status inquiries and self-service reporting. 1.0.3 To enable reporting of identified and prioritized key performance indicators (KPIs), preferably through CMMS dashboards that allow the total cost of ownership to be quantified. 1.0.4 To enable accurate and consistent asset data availability to support the quantification of KPIs to support effective decision making.
