Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dayton (City), City Managers Office is seeking proposals from highly experienced and professional consulting firms to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the Citys on-street Parking System (System) and make recommendations on how to be more efficient, effective, and customer focused moving forward. The evaluation should focus on on-street metered parking but solutions may incorporate off-street structured parking. An efficient parking system is vital to the Citys downtown economic development. The City hopes to achieve an integrated management solution that will provide financial control to the City while providing superior levels of customer service to its users. The City desires a solution that provides a proactive and strategic management approach to all aspects of on-street parking. The successful bidder shall perform services in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in this RFP
