Specifications include, but are not limited to:SCOPE OF WORK:Assessments, individual, group (offender), family and multi-family group (caregiver) sex offender treatment services to be provided by a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP) or a qualified mental health professional that is supervised by a CSOTP . VENDOR MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF CSOTP CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH SEALED BID.The Contractors services shall provide evidence-based treatment modalities for sexual offenders with emphasis on relapse prevention for paroled offenders. Programs should address community based interventions for those offenders that may continue to reside in the home as well as services designed to build upon sex offender treatment provided through residential treatment. Services shall include individual treatment and may also include family-based couseling and groups. Professional therapeutic services shall be provided by appropriately credentialed clinical personnel (CSOTP preferred, non-licensed or certified contractors must be supervised by a licensed individual). The program shall include the following components:Sex offender assessments;Anger management;Cognitive restructuring;Knowledge of what constitutes appropriate social relationships between dating and married partners, including appropriate sexual boundaries;Victim awareness and empathy;Focus on criminogenic need areas, identification of triggers, high-risk environments and situations and tools to avoid those environments and situations;Family reunification;Individual sex offender counseling;Relapse prevention counseling;Group sex offender counseling that shall focus on relapse prevention, peer culture, and building a supportive environment. Group work shall provide an opportunity for further development and critique of the relapse prevention plan; andFamily sex offender counseling that shall focus on educating family members about offender and victim issues including the offense cycle, triggers, setting appropriate boundaries and relapse prevention. The counseling should also attempt to ease anxiety levels during the re-unification process (may include re-unification of the victim and offender when the victim is a family member).The Contractor shall provide the following:Individualized Service Plan: The Contractor and designated probation/parole officer or other CSU case worker shall mutually develop an individualized service plan for each offender. The individualized service plan at a minimum shall include measurable and developmentally-appropriate goals, methods to obtain goals and a time frame for completion. The individualized plan shall be maintained in the Contractors case file with a copy forwarded to the designated parole officer.Monthly Progress Reports: Written monthly progress reports shall be forwarded within 10 days following the end
