Specifications include, but are not limited to:Workforce Solutions Borderplex, Inc., is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to provide proven outreach and community awareness services for federally and state funded programs and initiatives related to areas in education, employment, economic development and entrepreneurship. There are a wide range of target groups within each area to impact, such as: youth, veterans, individuals with disabilities, jobseekers, employers, migrant farmworkers and other populations facing economic barriers. The selected respondent will be expected to meet or exceed the following services and delivery methods: Provide outreach and community awareness services for WSBs programs and services by providing creative concept development for economic development, education and employment programs and other projects or events. Create designs and manage production from start to finish for TV, radio, web and print with reasonable timeframes. AnalyzeWSBsmarketoppo r t u n i t i e s i n t h e s e r v i c e a n d s u r r o u n d i n g a r e a s t o p r o v i d e recommendations and develop strategies, plans, and/or campaigns to implement them. Plan, create and execute online, website, and social media strategies with processes and timeframes. Provide digital marketing and analytics capabilities. Plan, create and execute professional design and multimedia campaign(s) within reasonable timeframes and key marketing indicators. Coordinate the selection, placement and purchase of advertising media including collection of back up material to provide proof of placement. Conduct and analyze market research to provide best ROM (Return on Marketing) per workforce event/campaign. Strong presentation effectiveness and ability to present to board of directors. Conduct strategic planning when needed. Purchase multiple advertising buys from a wide range of multimedia outlets. Media program evaluation and purchases across all channels in U.S. and international markets Attend monthly marketing meetings, board meetings or other meetings as necessary. Meetings might occur more often leading up to a big event, project or campaign. Obtain releases, manage and negotiate agreements/contracts and pricing for third party work
