Specifications include, but are not limited to:ContractorsFullBusinessName (to be completed by the DMV), hereafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform Commercial Driver License (CDL) Basic Skills Test Training for DMV employees for the Northern California for the term of this Agreement. 2. The training location shall be provided at the Contractors training facility located at _______ (to be completed by the DMV), and shall be within a forty (40) mile radius of Sacramento DMV training facility located at 2415 Frist Ave., Sacramento, CA 95818. 3. The training location shall be available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding state holidays. The services shall be performed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding state holidays. 4.
