Specifications include, but are not limited to:The cloud based live chat platform must be an enterprise turnkeysolution usable on multiple websites. For this solicitation, achat is defined as an engagement initiated by a customerthrough RR/CCs website that was responded to by one ofRR/CCs Chat Agents. The cloud based live chat platform mustmeet the following feature requirements:1. Live Chat Plugina. Plugin must be installed as a simple JavaScript tag onRR/CCs website pages.b. Plugin must provide a fully customizable embeddedchat window for both desktop and mobile browsersthat is configurable through the admin portal of theproduct.i. Embedded window within the website is arequirement (i.e. you click a button that appears onthe website and an embedded chat box is dynamically displayed for the user within the webpage they are viewing).ii. Pop-out window functionality is desirable, but notrequired.c. Plugin must provide functionality for setting up both apre and post-chat survey.d. Chat plugin must provide user feedback functionalityfor the chat operators.e. Chat plugin must provide users the ability to email and print transcripts of their chats.2. Live Chat Backend Portala. Solution must provide a web-based portal for ChatAgents to manage incoming chats.i. A Chat Agent is a base user that has limited accessto the chat functionality of the Solution.b. Chat backend should contain the following:i. A chat window for communicating with a user.1. Chat window must have canned responsefunctionality.ii. A chat queue that directs chats to available agentsbased on their department.iii. The ability to transfer chats.iv. The ability to manage multiple chats at once.v.
