Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of Work General Items: A. Work Hours/Schedule a. Contractors shall accomplish all normal landscape maintenance required under this contract between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, trash pick-up and porter services will be required seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays. b. Exceptions to the allowed work hours/schedule may be made to normal working hours, where incidences of use may be too great during the hours specified to allow for proper maintenance. c. The General Manager may grant, on an individual basis, permission to perform maintenance at other hours. d. No maintenance functions that generate excessive noise which would cause annoyance to residents of any area shall be commenced before 8:00 a.m
