Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing AHU in the mechanical room at the City Hall buildingis to be replaced with a new, triple-deck VAV AHU sized to meet the buildings current needs.The replacement AHU is designed to comply with current mechanical and energy coderequirements, as well as fit within the existing space. The unit will reconnect to the existingchilled water and hot water systems. The project also includes replacement in kind of the chilledwater pump, hot water pump, associated piping and accessories, and a rooftop packaged unitserving the IT room. Perform lead and asbestos survey (to be performed by a separateenvironmental company/sub). Perform abatement of lead-based and asbestos materials.
