Specifications include, but are not limited to:a. A logbook will be kept on site for each piece of equipment to be maintained by thetechnician. The log shall contain the dates for each quarterly maintenance which wasperformed. In addition, the log shall contain the records of any emergency repairs. Thiswill include date of entry, individual making entry, make, brand, model number, nameplate data, manufacturers maintenance literature, parts breakdown, and superheatcharging tables.b. The frequency of quarterly maintenance shall be no more than 90 days betweenservices.c. The contractor will be required to call the Area office and make an appointment toperform the quarterly maintenance at least three (3) days in advance. Contractor willcheck in with Area office upon arrival and check out when the work is completed. Ifthere are any discrepancies on invoice concerning hours worked, the CHP will refer tosign in sheet to confirm actual hours at the facility.
