Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, materials, services, training, insurance, andequipment as needed to complete the removal of Vinyl Composition Tile, and removal ofadhesive and sealer using the bead blasting method. Contractor shall apply new sealer. Theproduct used to seal the concrete flooring shall be Koester VAP 1 2000 or equal. Contractor shallinstall commercial grade Vinyl Composition Tile.
