Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to:The specifications included in this contract will serve as a checklist for the maintenance services performed. Contractor will be required to bring the checklist each time the quarterly maintenance is performed and copy of the checklist provided to the Area office onsite contact person. This document must accompany the invoice for service. e. All items on the checklist will be checked off as performed. Upon completion, Contractor will provide the Area office with the completed checklist. The checklist will be signed and dated by both the Contractor and the Area office, and filed in the appropriate logbook. Additionally, an extra copy shall be left with the Area office. This list shall accompany the invoice prepared by the Contractor for the quarterly maintenance. f. Quarterly maintenance shall include filters, fan belts, water treatment chemicals, compressor oil, cleaning rags, oil, grease, and refrigerant at no additional charge to the state. Costs for recapture of refrigerant as required by law must also be included. g. If any parts are identified during the inspection require replacement, prior approval must be given by the CHP Facilities Coordinator. Additionally, a service report detailing the repairs provided must be signed and dated by both the technician and the Area office. A copy of this report must be filed in the appropriate log and a copy left with the Area office. This document must accompany the invoice prepared by the Contractor for the repairs provided
