Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.) Membrane Mule-Hide White 60 Mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane or equal, is used for thissystem.B.) All existing wet or damaged roofing materials must be removed and replaced with new materials.C.) Tear off existing roof system to bare sheathing.D.) Repair any dry rot (billed time and materials).E.) Ensure slope to drains by building up roof deck.F.) Work should begin at the highest point of the roof level and proceed to the lowest point.G.) Work should be completed on a daily bases including flashings, terminations, and daily seals.H.) Prepare the existing roof deck or substrate according to Mule-Hide, or equal design guides and fullsystem specifications prior to applying the new roofing system.I.) Install one layer Dens Deck mechanical fastened per manufacturers specification.J.) Install Mule-Hide TPO 60Mil., or equal roof system according to manufacturers specifications
