Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Clear Lake Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance; Quarterly maintenance shall include cleaning, oiling, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, alignment, timing, replacement of any filters, fan belts, water treatment chemicals,compressor oil, cleaning rags, oil, and grease, at no additional charge to the State.;
