Specifications include, but are not limited to:A.) Contractor agrees to provide the CHP Academy, all labor, equipment, and materials required toremove, transport and legally dispose of used flares, on an as needed basis.B.) Used flares shall be managed by Contractor and CHP as a federally regulated, Resource Conservationand Recovery Act, flammable solid, hazardous waste material.C.) Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State and local agency hazardous materials requirements forstorage, pick-up, removal, and disposal of used flares.D.) Contractor shall maintain all applicable Federal and State licenses, endorsements, registrations,identification numbers and permits for the storage and removal of hazardous and regulated materialsas described herein.E.) Contractor shall provide two (2) 55-gallon U.S. Department of Transportation specified steel drums tobe placed at the CHP Academy, for collection of used flares.
