Specifications include, but are not limited to: Detailed description of work to be performed: A. Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, transportation, licenses, and/or permits, and insurance necessary to maintain both Cessna T206H & GippsAero GA-8TC aircraft owned and operated by CHP. The term maintain shall include service, repair, replace, troubleshoot and provide new items, for the aircraft airframe and engine. The Contractor shall be a current factory authorized Cessna and GippsAero Service Station or a valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved repair station, as prescribed in Part 145 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. All certificates, licenses, and permits shall be current and in effect throughout the term of this agreement, and readily available for inspection by CHP.
