Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Area - approximately 1,690 square feet Removal of Existing Flooring: The vendor shall dispose of all removed carpet and make attempt to recycle the old carpet. Vendor is responsible for all other disposal as well. Installation Warranty: Correction of installation defects or irregularities that show within twelve (12) months after completion of the installation shall be the responsibility of the vendor. Base: vendor to supply and install 4" Jonsonite vinyl cove base (29-Moonrock) in all areas scheduled to receive new MATS Inc. walk-off flooring product. Adhesive: Vendor to supply and use a Low VOC adhesive compatible with the manufacturer specifications. Carpet Specification: 19-11/16"x 19-11/16" modular tile
