The Department of General Services (DGS) Procurement Division may when deemednecessary, add or delete delivery sites during the contract term.An award, if made, will be made to a responsive bidder(s) who submits all required submissions ontime, whose past performance does not pose a risk to the Government, and whose offer is the lowestprice technically and administratively compliant. An offer is technically and administratively compliant ifits capabilities conform to the State's administrative and technical requirements and specificationscontained herein.
