Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for performance of inspection, cleaning and equipment replacement services as outlined below for approximately 390 traffic monitoring cameras located within the City of Charlotte limits. This is a unit cost contract; quantities are for estimating purposes and are not guaranteed. The work shall include the following: CONTRACTOR will inspect dome for good clarity and report to CITY if dome is in substandard condition. If the dome needs to be replaced, CONTRACTOR will report such to the CITY and proceed with replacement. CONTRACTOR will clean (please see Attachment A) inside and outside of domes on all traffic management cameras unless the dome needs to be replaced. CONTRACTOR will supply and replace domes as identified by the CITY in Exhibit B. On those locations where the dome is replaced, CONTRACTOR will also supply, replace and lubricate o-ring. Cameras are Pelco Spectra III and IV and the Axis- AXIS Q60-E PTZ Dome Network Camera, Model AXIS Q6044-E. Individual locations will be paid for either dome replacement or dome cleaning, not both. New domes must be clean when installed, however, cleaning is incidental to dome installation. CONTRACTOR must leave all domes in a secure, watertight condition. Any cameras that fall after maintenance is performed by the CONTRACTOR shall be replaced by the CONTRACTOR at no cost to the CITY. CONTRACTOR shall note any defects in the camera lock mechanism where the dome locks to the housing.
