Specifications include, but are not limited to:The following detail is specific to the requirements of ADOA IT Service Desk. However, the Contractor should expectsimilar service expectations for other call center operations requests from other agencies.The following are the minimum requirements for the ADOA IT Service Desk:1. Contractor shall ensure that callers do not receive a busy signal or a no ring response;1.2 Contractor shall provide redundancy either via facility or systems as necessary to provide services 24/7;1.3 Contractor shall record all calls, including wrong numbers, hang-ups, inquiries, etc. and provide properreports to the State via a web based supplied reporting portal. Refer to report scheduled as requested;and1.4 Contractor shall provide the State the ability to review call transcripts and/or recordings upon request.
