Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Manage one television station that broadcasts on two (2) cable channels and facilities in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; 2. Coordinate and complete the production, broadcast and scheduling of all programming for two (2) cable channels with local agencies and community groups; 3. Ensure adequate staff are available to operate the studio, control room facilities, and scheduled production of programs; 4. Insure equipment is regularly maintained and repaired; 5. Participate in meetings with the City, or City representatives as required; 6. Monitor channel operations and respond 8:00 am 10:00 pm, seven (7) days a week for emergency or programming operations issues;
