Specifications include, but are not limited to:This contract is intended to provide customer loyalty assistance to directly-impacted small retail and professional service businesses along the East Link light rail construction project. Such businesses may be impacted by construction activities and may require strategic and technical assistance so that businesses can continue to attract and maintain customers during construction. Sound Transit is seeking a company with demonstrated experience implementing strategic and technical support to small businesses and professional services. The customer loyalty service will be responsible for implementing a program that uses modern, touch-screen and smart phone-integrated technology to collect customer contact information and tracks promotion participation and sales data for program evaluation and promotions. The Contractor shall submit invoices on a monthly basis after the end of each month. Each monthly invoice shall include charges for all Participating Businesses during the month being invoiced. In the event a business is onboarded in the middle of a month, the price for that business for that month shall be calculated proportionally based on the number of days remaining in the month at the time the business was onboarded. Focus areas will include: BEL RED AREA Businesses along NE Spring Blvd and 136th Pl NE in Bellevue consist of light industrial, office and commercial uses. Businesses attract clientele locally and from throughout the region including but not limited to high-end car dealerships; auto service and detailing shops; towing services; a restaurant; hair salons; recreational services such as tennis, cheerleading, volleyball, fencing and cross fit; and supply companies for hardwood flooring, glass, marble, exhaust systems, electric services, restaurant supply and design. Most businesses are English-speaking Concerns during construction could include parking, access to businesses, noise, dust and traffic and detours DOWNTOWN BELLEVUE AREA Non-franchised businesses in and around the vicinity of Bellevue City Hall attract local clientele and include businesses, but not limited to teriyaki and sushi restaurants.
