Orange County Community College (OCCC) is accepting sealed proposals from firms to provide an analysis of the goals, staffing allocations, and operations of the following departments: Business Office, Human Resources, Payroll and Student Services and to include individuals knowledgeable of a union environment, students, staff, faculty and various other members of the College community in the analysis. The business process review should provide overall efficiency and effectiveness of performance to these departments, consider the technology used, and the operating model and structure in which the people involved in the process perform their specific tasks.
