Specifications include, but are not limited to:DES is collaborating with Customer Advisory Teams to replace the current program with updated categories and requirements and intends to implement a streamlined, expanded qualification process. DES intends to achieve this objective in separate and focused efforts. This RFQQ is one of those efforts.The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Pre-Qualified Vendor Pool to provide Business Analysis Consulting Services by contracting with multiple Vendors through a rapid selection process or a separate competitive process. This RFQQ will replace Category One of existing Master Contract # 32010, a copy is available at # Contract Summary.If successful, Vendors enter into Contracts and are admitted into a Vendor Pool. After the Vendor Pool is established, Purchasers then follow a second tier selection process to identify which Vendor best meets the Purchasers needs for a specific statement of work as well as determining the actual contracted rate(s), or may utilize the rapid selection process, whichever applies.2.3 Contract Description and ScopeThe Business Analysis Consulting Services Master Contract will focus solely on contracting with firms who specialize in Business Analysis, and shall include, but is not limited to, consulting, reports, studies and business analysis.Business Analysts are tasked with helping the business meet its objectives and goals. Understands how work is being conducted, and through analysis, determine solutions to the issues. The solution could include training, process changes, and modifications to business rules, modifications to or implementation of new technology, or a combination of all four. The Business Analyst may work with stakeholders to conduct a feasibility study and possibly a business case to justify an investment in change. The person conducting this work may not have the title business requirements analyst but the activities they engage in are business analysis.
