Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Board of Education of the Greenwich Public School District will be upgrading the building management controls throughout the District. We are looking to use non-proprietary hardware and software, where a variety of service vendors are available. We are soliciting Proposals from Certified Engineering firms for the purpose of development, design and implementation of this project. The successful Engineering firm will be performing the following tasks: Evaluation of existing conditions. Meet with end users and document needs. Develop cost and time estimate for project. Prepare construction drawings and specifications. Assist in the preparation of bid packages. Evaluate bids and make recommendation in proposer selection . Will be responsible for document printing and distribution. Assist in obtaining permits. Attend construction meetings and provide meeting notes Respond to RFQs within one business day. Sign off on pay applications within 5 business days. Work toward project completion goals.
