Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Burbank requests proposals from qualified consultants to respond to complete the Buena Vista Street Safety Improvement Project. The project will improve safety by improving the signal timing and traffic operations of 18 traffic signals on Buena Vista Street, between glenoaks Blvd and Riverside Drive, and 19 traffic signals on crossing arterials (see Attachment A). The project will deploy signal timing plans, system parameters for traffic responsive plan selection, system detection, fiber optic connections and Flashing Yellow Arrow (FYA) and Right turn Overlap signals.
