Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is seeking a branding agency to conducta comprehensive branding initiative and brand assessment on behalf of the university.It has been more than 10 years since such a complete branding exercise has been donethat included listening and focus groups, review of the universitys Style Guide, toinclude tagline, logos and other imagery, key messaging, points of pride and a valuestatement. These newly developed resources will be used for advertising, marketingand other print and online collateral that will help elevate NCCUs brand positioning.As the university has grown to become a 21st century first-choice, premier institution,NCCUs brand assets need also to reflect as an innovative, creative, competitive andattractive higher education brand. The university seeks a company that is based inNorth Carolina with in depth experience and expertise in working with highereducation institutions and brands, specifically and successfully highlighting brandcampaign that were executed and serve minority-serving institutions, such as NCCU.The company must be able to deliver the first two phases of the process within anaggressive timeline of four to six month and provide both samples and results ofprevious branding initiatives with other education.
