Users must be able to sell/print/reprint tickets for all events at any time regardless of online on-sale status f. Vendor must maintain a Secure FTP site for information uploads from UCA g. Must be a vendor hosted solution II. Tickets: a. Must be compatible with Practical Automation uITX 2002C Thermal Printers b. User ability to format/edit ticket font size and style as well as add images to tickets during event/performance creation (and editable afterwards) c. Have options to mailing tickets up to certain days before event, will call, and email tickets for printing d. Mobile ticketing option to scan barcodes off customers phones
