Specifications include, but are not limited to: Boulder County is requesting proposals from Hazardous Materials Consultants (Consultant) for environmental inventories, testing, site monitoring, reporting and technical assistance to support the FEMA Hazardous Mitigation Grant Program (the buyout program) administered by Boulder County. All project sites are located within incorporated or unincorporated Boulder County. Testing will occur primarily on vacant, County-owned or managed, or other public-agency-owned or managed land. There will be a limited number of sites where testing may need to occur on occupied, private property. Consultants are required to be capable of furnishing all labor, machinery, equipment, testing, hauling, materials and supplies to provide the services contained herein.
