Specifications

Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City requests proposals for the purchase, implementation, and support of body worn(audio/video) cameras to be worn by the patrol division and/or selected other areas within the policedepartment. These body worn video cameras will be worn on multiple possible locations outsideof or integrate with the officers uniform with a user-friendly interface for activating and de-activatingrecording capabilities. Uploading, viewing, and tagging recordings will be user-friendly andavailable from a centralized management system to include data integrity verification and metadatato comply with chain of custody requirements. The City of Phoenix intends to have these units wornfull time by the patrol division and/or selected other areas within the police department.
