Specifications include, but are not limited to:provide billing services in the creation of a web site for the Department of Health and Human Services, Aging and Disability Services Division and the Division of Public and Behavioral Health. The State project team will have ultimate responsibility for the end product. The awarded vendor will have the responsibility for providing guidance, best practices and technical training and support to include: 3.1.1.1 Claims processing services that support all Lytec 2015 Billing and Scheduling file formats, for up to a maximum of 5300 claims per month for all health care payers, billing is based on actual claims per month; 3.1.1.2 Online access (web based portal) for claims processing management systems; 3.1.1.3 Electronic remittance advices (ERA) FTP file formats for electronic posting for all health care payers; 3.1.1.4 Batched electronic eligibility verification (EVS) interface for 270 and 271 transactions for all health care payers; 3.1.1.5 Electronic claim status reports retrievable from the web access
