Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University on behalf of Campus Dining Services (CDS) is seeking proposalsfor a beverage program supplier beginning July 1, 2016. It is anticipated that the initial term will be five yearswith one five year renewal option. This partnership will include pouring rights and sales of packaged beverages.The university desires to contract a primary supplier for carbonated post mix fountain beverages, carbonatedbottled drinks, juice products, water, enhanced water, isotonic drinks, bottled flavored teas and bottled coffeedrinks. The successful respondent will be awarded exclusive rights for fountain beverage and the majority ofdisplay space for packaged beverages. The agreement should include the appropriate equipment tomerchandise, display and dispense products. The successful vendor needs to demonstrate high acceptancelevels from the campus community. The University is interested in vendors with strong name recognition.
