Specifications include, but are not limited to:UNH Dining is made up of University Conferences and Catering, Holloway Commons, Philbrook and Stillings Dining Halls, the Union Court (a food court located in the Memorial Union Building), the UNH Dairy Bar, Philbrook Caf and the Wildcatessen (both retail food operations and convenience stores), Zekes Caf, Alberts Caf, Cornerstone Caf, Wildcat Caf (located on our Manchester campus) and the Jury Box Caf (located at the UNH School of Law in Concord). University Conferences and Catering manages conferences and other events including on premise and off premise catering for the campus. All venues are open to all students, faculty and staff and the general public. Total enrollment for UNH for the fall of 2015 was approximately 16,240 students comprised of 13,484 under graduate students, 2,103 graduate students, and 653 non-degree students. 2.2 Statement of Purpose The University of New Hampshire considers the Beverage Procurement Program an essential service among its various responsibilities and activities. It contributes to the well-being and continuing satisfaction of its clientele. The Contractor will be expected to provide availability of high-quality product (refer to Attachments for additional information/examples of product consumed at the UNH), state of the art equipment, high quality and responsive maintenance/service programs for the routine care and replacement of equipment, user-friendly ordering system, predictable and reliable delivery program, accurate invoicing practices, ongoing marketing support to drive sales and customer satisfaction and a well-trained, courteous and professionally-oriented staff effective at meeting the Universitys needs. 2.3 Intent 2.3.1 These specifications are intended to outline and describe the products and services the University expects. Any contract resulting from this request for proposal process is intended to provide the Contractor with sole and exclusive pouring rights for fountain-dispensed beverages (carbonated and other) and exclusive rights to most other bottled and canned beverages (carbonated and other) for all three campuses. Other bottled and canned beverages include water, energy drinks, sports drinks, teas, bottled juices and fountain juices. The Contractor will not have an exclusive right to sell energy drinks. The University has a longstanding and ongoing agreement with Red Bull USA
