Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of Work Section(s) I and IV are mandatory requirements and will be included in the resulting contract but do not require a response, except to affirmatively indicate a willingness to comply with each mandatory requirement.General Mandatory RequirementsThe purpose of the contract is to support the goals and objectives of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Behavioral Health, Mental Health Program (Department) which is to provide services to people with mental illnesses in the most independent setting possible while maintaining their mental health.The Contractor shall ensure that procedural safeguards are followed in confidentiality requirements according to IDAPA 16.05.01, Use and Disclosure of Department Records.The Contractor shall ensure all employees meet the requirements of IDAPA 16.05.06, Rules Governing Mandatory Criminal History Checks per the Rider in Appendix E.The Contractor shall ensure that all work delivered through this scope of work will be shared with staff and service providers to ensure their knowledge of and ability to meet contract expectations.The Contractor and its staff must have proficient Microsoft Office computer skills.The Contractor must provide services Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time except during state holidays; this proposal outline as part of your response to the RFP by restating each section number and then providing your response. Identify it as Scope of Work.Evaluators will be scoring your proposal based on the methodologies proposed and the completeness of the response to each item listed below. Where appropriate, responses to E and ME sections should describe, in detail, your organizations qualification and experience (rather than simply restating the question or confirming compliance without additional supporting information); as well as how your organization plans to meet Scope of Work requirements detailed in this RFP. The proposal should address methodologies, pertinent timelines, personnel, activities, and other pertinent information in order to implement the Scope of Work successfully to achieve full compliance with all tasks and deliverables. Offerors must identify any information or resources needed from the Department in order to perform any of the work.All sections of the Scope of Work are required contract services. Failure to provide a response to a requirement may result in receiving a score of zero (0) for that portion of the proposal.(E) Services to be ProvidedDescribe in detail, how you will meet each requirement listed below.The Contractor shall:Process all Patient Assistance Processing (PAP) Program forms for clients referred by the Department.Educate clients and staff on the necessary paperwork and procedures for meeting eligibility requirements for the PAP Program.Act as a liaison between the Department, pharmaceutical companies, and clients to expedite delivery of needed medication.Monitor and keep the client assistance medication database updated with current information.Make available, to the community and to the Department, the client assistance forms
