Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Town of Edisto Beach will contract with a local cleaning company to maintain therestrooms for 1 year terms. The total contract price for regular maintenance cleaningswill include cleaning supplies, paper products and hand soaps. This contract will includethe following schedule: Twice weekly cleanings May through September Weekly cleanings October through April Extra cleanings for special events will be added to the weekly cleaning schedulefor each day the event is held. The cost of extra cleanings for special events willbe determined based on the amount of estimated additional labor and will be theresponsibility of the organization or parties holding the event.Each cleaning will include: Emptying of wastebaskets and feminine hygiene containers Disinfecting of toilets and urinals, inside and outside of each fixture Replacing of toilet paper and urinal cakes Disinfecting of sinks and countertops Refilling of hand soap Polishing of fixtures and mirrors of all visible smudges and stains Cleaning of walls and partitions of all visible smudges and stains Sweeping and mopping of floors Wash all glass and mirror surfaces Remove smudges/fingerprints from walls, door facings, and light switches Remove all graffiti from all stalls/walls
