Specifications include, but are not limited to:Technical and Management RequirementsThe primary effort for this scope of work is maintenance and remote monitoring services necessary to maintain and repair all the legacy Avaya equipment used by participating agencies. Please refer to Exhibit A, for a detailed equipment list at each site. The remaining factors will be rated by the Evaluation Committee. They are not Pass/Fail. Any State or government site (as defined by OIT) shall be covered automatically under T&M prices from the resulting contract whether listed or not.R1: Requirement The State requires cost effective maintenance coverage that meets the following service requirements:1. Maximum on-site response time for a major failure 4 hour.2. Maximum on-site response time for a minor failure 24 hour.3. Automated fault monitoring system available 24x7x365.4. Automated fault monitoring system that interfaces with technician dispatch process.5. The service must include replacement parts; use of refurbished or surplus parts acceptable.6. The service must include software patches and fixes (product correction notices from manufacturer).7. The service does not require maintenance coverage for telephone sets.8. The service must include a toll free Help Line for repair and technical support available 24x7x365.9. The service must include Web-based access for Q&A, technical assistance, and help.10. The service must include service and inventory records management.11. The service must include a decommissioning service.12. Preventative Maintenance will be performed at each site twice per year.Request: Please describe in detail your plans to meet these twelve (12) general services requirements.Response:R2: Requirement Services must include Web-based access for questions and answers, technical assistance, trouble ticket opening and case tracking capabilities, and additional help. The offeror provide a monthly report to the State providing CA ticket numbers, their status and type, i.e. repair, MAC or maintenance and whether or not they are completed or open. Vendor ticket numbers are not acceptable for reporting purposes.Request: Describe and provide details on your Web-based services, technical assistance levels, and historical documentation for cases both open and resolved.Response:
