Quantified levels of robustness in existing hydraulic design practices due to current levels of uncertainty, safety factors, conservative assumptions, and techniques, that may allow transportation infrastructure to continue to function satisfactorily in changing climate.c. Analysis of the gaps between the procedures of hydraulic design and the results of climate change science.
