Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of services consists of developing an inventory and completion of an evaluation ofapplicable facilities located in the right-of-way areas within the City boundary. These facilitiesinclude all City streets, sidewalks, access ramps, City Hall, Police Department, MaintenanceYards, Power Plant, City parking lots and public access areas in Fire Stations 1, 2, 3 & 4.The work will include an evaluation of the access to Los Angeles River Bike Path, railroadcrossings, crosswalks and review of existing City projects and current City Standard Plans.The consultant shall provide all necessary services to perform the following tasks:Task 1 Project ManagementThe Consultant shall be responsible for the preparation of meeting agendas, sign-in sheets,recording the meeting minutes and distributing minutes in a timely manner.Task 1.1 Project Kickoff Meeting:Appropriate City of Vernon staff and the selected consultant will conduct a kickoff meeting todiscuss the evaluation that will be performed and the overall form of the ADA Transition Plan,project management and project expectations including: invoicing, progress reports, points ofcontact, level of detail during the inventory phase and other relevant project information
