Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Air Resources Board (ARB) currently supports 1600+ devices in over 100 different locations across the State of California. ARB has been using Symantec Altiris products since 2013 and Symantec Endpoint products for much longer. ARB currently operates the Symantec Endpoint Management/ Altiris (SEMA) platform in a single, virtualized application server and shared virtualized SQL instance. Running 7.5 SP1 HF5, ARB has used the ITMS platform primarily for inventory gathering, manual process automation, and a ticket process via Process Manager. ARB is seeking an enhancement to the current Altiris system. The enhancements will cover Patch and Software Management, Image Deployment, and Asset Management. The Contractor will provide guidance and knowledge transfer on various improvements that can be made within the solutions and processes the solutions are supporting.
