Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sacramento wishes to completely update its existing Six Alert Sites to Alert 2 protocol. This will require replacing all components in the old system for new. Some of the equipment involved for replacement is located at heights from 25 feet below sea level to 100 feet above. Alert and Alert 2 system is a system of flood control monitoring points strategically located along major creeks critical for area flood control. The City's system employs Rain Gauges and Level Sensors which send local flood information via wireless communication to a base station responsible for assembling the data collected from all site. The data can be broadcasted, displayed graphically, tactically, and trended to inform flood control personal of the area situational awareness during inclement weather conditions
